The 1st publication dates from April 1994, when, with Peter Vrolijk, I founded the Arnhem Battle Research Group.
It is a 43-page, plastic ring-bound edition, and has 23 illustrations.

The English edition dates from Agustus 1994, has 41 pages, also a plastic ring-bound, and has 35 illustrations.
